Laurie Ward: Cricket Coaching.

Background.

Laurie's Coaching background is based on cricket experiences and running/captaining teams over about 25 years. He is a qualified CSA Level 2 coach, currently completing the second half of his Level 3.He runs The Complete Cricketer Academy which coaches juniors in the art, etiquette and physical and mental requirements of cricket.

The age range of the Academy players is from 5 until 18 and they currently have over 200 players a week coming through in groups of 4, working in Action cricket nets.

Next year (hopefully by March/April) they will also be having more cricket specific facilities built and kitted out with high tech, computer based equipment, a small gym etc which they will then be able to offer more technical coaching to the senior boys and club players.
